- Product name
- Mouse Monoclonal MBD3 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein G purified. The theoretical molecular weight of human MBD2 (411 amino acids) is 45 kD and human MBD3 (291 amino acids) is 33 kD. Based on sequence identity, this will detect human, mouse, and rat MBD3 (100%), and human and mouse MBD2 (93%).

- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MBD3 Antibody (106B691) [NB100-56534] - MBD3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human placenta using Mouse Anti-Human MBD3 (106B691) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-56534) at 1:300 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell nuclei in horionic villi.
