- Cell lysate of HeLa (30 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with HSPH1 monoclonal antibody, clone J1G12 (Cat # MAB2035) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
