- Western Blot: HSPH1/HSP105 Antibody (J1G12) [NBP1-04304] - Cell lysates of HeLa(30ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human Hsp105 alpha (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
