- Western blot analysis of in human brain tissue. Samples were incubated with CSP Antibody (Product # PA5-49570) diluted at 1:500. A goat rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35 µg.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of CSP in paraformaledhyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue. Tissue was probed with a CSP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49570) diluted at 1:200. Following incubation with the primary antibody overnight at 4ºC, the tissue was incubated with a secondary antibody and stained with DAB.
