- Cystatin C in Rat Brain. Cystatin C was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of rat brain (cerebellum) using Rat Cystatin C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 1.7 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to neurons in the molecular layer of the cerebellum.
