Experimental details

Western blot analysis of Cystatin C in HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, human liver tissue, and human serum. Samples were incubated in Cystatin C monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23890) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Cystatin C at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
