PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human Cystatin C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-46905) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. Samples were incubated in Cystatin C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46905) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
