- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Cystatin C is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Fetuin A, rhFetuin B, rhCystatin A, rhCystatin B, rhCystatin S, and rhCystatin E/M is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human Cystatin C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-46905) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. - Immunohistochemical analysis of Cystatin C in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast. Samples were incubated in Cystatin C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46905) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to the cytoplasm in cells of terminal ductules.
