Description

Ibentatug is an investigational, anti-CSP1 human immunoglobulin G1 kappa (IgG1¦Ê) monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of cancers and inflammatory diseases. It functions as a targeted inhibitor of the cytokine CSP1. By binding with high affinity to CSP1, ibentatug neutralizes its activity, preventing it from interacting with its primary receptor, the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R), which is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, and other myeloid lineage cells.
