- Polyclonal
- Description
- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects mouse ICAM-5 in direct ELISAs. Detects mouse and rat ICAM-5 in Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ICAM-5 and recombinant mouse (rm) ICAM-2 is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat ICAM-1, rhICAM-1, and rhICAM-3 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmICAM-1 and rmVCAM-1 is observed.

- Experimental details
- Detection of Mouse and Rat ICAM-5 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of rat olfactory bulb tissue, mouse olfactory bulb tissue, mouse brain tissue, and human brain (cerebellum) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse ICAM-5 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1173) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for ICAM-5 at approximately 150 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
