- Human Siglec-6/CD327 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human Siglec-6/CD327 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Siglec-3, rhSiglec-5 and rhSiglec-9 is observed, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with rhSiglec-10 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSiglec-2, rhSiglec-7, and rhSiglec-11 is observed.

- Human Siglec-6/CD327 ELISA Standard Curve. Recombinant Human Siglec-6/CD327 protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Mouse Anti-Human Siglec-6/CD327 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB28591) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Sheep Anti-Human Siglec-6/CD327 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2859) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994).
