Immunohistochemistry on mouse thymus incubated with rabbit anti-NKCL-4, and then incubated with a secondary goat anti-rabbit. The cells were treated with an avidin-biotin complex. DAB was used to reveal a positive reaction. Nuclei were stained with hematoxylin (blue).
