- Detection of Human DISP2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of NCI-N87 human gastric carcinoma cell line, U-118-MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line, and COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human DISP2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8434) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for DISP2 at approximately 152 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
