Description

The scFv fragment of clone Ab237 specifically binds to mesothelin. The Ab237 scFv fragment can bind both native surface-bound MSLN and soluble MSLN. However, the Ab237 scFv fragment bound 30-fold better to native MSLN expressed on the cell surface than it did to soluble MSLN in solution.
