- Product name
- anti-Mesothelin (MSLN) (Extracellular Domain) antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Antigen
- Recombinant protein corresponding to the extracellular domain of human mesothelin
- Description
- Protein A chromatography
- Reactivity
- Human
- Host
- Mouse
- Epitope
- Extracellular Domain
- Antibody clone number
- MB-G10
- Vial size
- 25 μL
- Concentration
- 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
- Storage
- Store vial at -20° C or below prior to opening. For low volume of reagent (25 ?l), minimize loss of volume dilute 1: 10 by adding 225 ?l ofthe buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge tocollect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution whencalculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelflife: One year from despatch (or three months from date of opening).
