- Detection of human CapG by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, U2OS, Jurkat, HEK293T, and A-549 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CapG antibody (Product # A300-602A lot 2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

- Detection of human CAP-G by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (50 µg for WB) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-G antibody A300-602A used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (B). CAP-G was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-CAP-G antibody BL2935, which binds an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).

- Detection of human CapG by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CapG antibody (Product # A300-602A; Lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CapG was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (Product # A300-602A; Lot 1) and a second antibody against a different epitope of CapG (BL2935). For blotting immunoprecipitated CapG, Product # A300-602A was used at 0.2 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
