Description

Ulviprubart (ABC008) is a first-in-class human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting killer cell lectin-like receptor G1 (KLRG1), an inhibitory receptor expressed on senescent and exhausted T cells. It binds to KLRG1 to block its interaction with E-cadherin and other ligands, thereby reversing T cell dysfunction and restoring anti-tumor or anti-pathogen immunity. It is being developed for the treatment of cancers and chronic viral infections, with a focus on revitalizing senescent immune cells.
