Experimental details

Western blot analysis of ZP2 expression in HELA whole cell lysates (lane 1) and HEPG2 whole cell lysates (lane 2). ZP2 at 82KD was detected using rabbit anti- ZP2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9912) at0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
