- Detection of human RanBP1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RanBP1 antibody A300-513A (lot A300-513A-2) used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. RanBP1 was also immunoprecipitated by the previous lot (A300-513A-1) of this antibody. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A and B).

RanBP1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (A300-513A Lot 2) and rabbit anti-RanBP1 antibody (Product # A300-512A). For blotting immunoprecipitated RanBP1 (Product # A300-513A) was used at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
