- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse CCL28 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CCL28 is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhCCL1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, recombinant mouse CCL1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9/10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 27, or recombinant rat CCL20 is observed.

- Chemotaxis Induced by CCL28 and Neutralization by Mouse CCL28 Antibody. Recombinant Mouse CCL28 (Catalog # 533-VI) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse CCR10 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Mouse CCL28 (2 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Mouse CCL28 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB533). The ND50 is typically 2.5-5.0 µg/mL.
