- Western blot analysis of IDH3B was performed by loading (from left to right): HepG2 cell and mouse kidney tissue, lovo cell and mouse eyes tissue, hela cell lysates (40µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a IDH3B antibody (Product # PA5-50336) at a 1/233.3 dilution for 20 seconds, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
