Experimental details: Immunofluorescence analysis of PSMG1 in U2OS cells using a PSMG1 monoclonal antibody (Product # PA5-19076) at 10 µg/mL for1hr. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation was followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 µg/mL) showing Golgi apparatus and some cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL)followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 µg/mL).
