- Immunoprecipitation: MYBBP1A Antibody [NB100-61050] - Detection of Human MYBBP1a by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MYBBP1a antibody NB100-61050 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. MYBBP1a was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MYBBP1a antibody NB100-61051, which recognizes a downstream epitope.

- Immunoprecipitation: MYBBP1A Antibody [NB100-61050] - Detection of human MYBBP1A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MYBBP1A antibody NB100-61050 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. MYBBP1A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MYBBP1A antibody NB100-61051. For blotting immunoprecipitated MYBBP1A, NB100-61051 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
