Description

V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation (VISTA) is primarily expressed on hematopoietic cells and its expression is highly regulated on myeloid antigen-presenting cells (APCs) and T cells and some tumor cells. VISTA expression on APCs and tumor cells inhibits human T-cell activation and cytokine production.
