Description

Solrikitug is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting cytokine receptor-like factor 2 (CRLF2), a subunit of the thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) receptor complex. It binds to CRLF2 to block TSLP-mediated signaling, thereby inhibiting the activation of downstream inflammatory pathways involved in type 2 immunity. It is being developed for the treatment of allergic and eosinophilic diseases, such as severe asthma and atopic dermatitis.
