- Western blot of VPS16 isoform 1 in (A) HeLa (B) HepG2 and (C) Jurkat lysates was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a VPS16 isoform 1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37963) at a dilution of 0.1 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
