- Anti-NUP98 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Monoclonal antibody for NUP98 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100ug/vial. Tested applications: IF, IHC, ICC, WB. Reactive species: Human NUP98 information: Molecular Weight: 197579 MW; Subcellular Localization: Nucleus. Nucleus membrane; Peripheral membrane protein; Nucleoplasmic side. Nucleus, nuclear pore complex. Nup96 is localized to the nucleoplasmic side of the nuclear pore complex (NPC), at or near the nucleoplasmic basket. Dissociates from the dissasembled NPC structure early during prophase of mitosis. Colocalized with NUP153 and TPR to the nuclear basket of NPC. Detected in diffuse and discrete intranuclear foci. Remained localized to the nuclear membrane after poliovirus (PV) infection.

- Experimental details
- Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human testis, using NUP98 Antibody(M01301)NUP98 was detected in paraffin-embedded tissue section. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1ug/ml rabbit anti-NUP98 Antibody (M01301)overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
