- Western blot analysis of DSCAM in 25 ng recombinant Human DSCAM and recombinant Human DSCAM‚L1. Samples were incubated in DSCAM monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24134) using a dilution of 1.0 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for DSCAM at approximately 250 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of DSCAM in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in DSCAM monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24134) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (orange) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
