- Product name
- Rabbit Polyclonal TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Protein G purified. The amino acid sequence (SPLYSYTTDGNDTVT) used as immunogen for this antibody is 100% homologous in human, 93% homologous in vervet/green monkey and 80% homologous in chimp. Isoforms of different molecular weights have been described for TIM-1. The sequence used for immunogen is conserved between TIM-1 (364aa, NP_036338) and TIM-1 isoform CRA_a (194aa, EAW61615.1). Therefore, the molecular weight observed in western blots may vary depending on the forms present.
