- Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human HepG2 whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell. IHC: human liver cancer tissue, human renal cancer tissue. Flow: A549 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of TMEM166 in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed on the tissue using citrate buffer (pH 6, 20 min) and blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were incubated with TMEM166 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95621) at a 1 µg/mL dilution, followed by biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG (30 min, 37°C), and developed with Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex and DAB.

- Flow cytometry analysis of TMEM166 in A549 cells using TMEM166 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-95621), shown in overlay histogram (blue line). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with permeabilization buffer. The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum, and incubated with the primary antibody (1 μg/1x10^6 cells) for 30 min at 20°C. DyLight 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (5-10 µg/1x10^6 cells) was used as secondary antibody for 30 minutes at 20°C. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (1 µg/1x10^6) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample (Red line) was also used as a control.
