Experimental details

Flow cytometry of IL-33 in Jurkat cells. Samples were incubated in IL-33 monoclonal (Product # MA5-16242) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Antibody (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Both antibodies were conjugated to FITC.

Samples were incubated in IL-33 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-16242) and 0.25 µg of mouse IgG1 isotype control using a dilution of 0.25 µg followed by anti-mouse IgG PE conjugated secondary antibody.
