- Immunohistochemical analysis of TFF3 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon. Samples were incubated in TFF3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24153) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to the cytoplasm of goblet cells.
