- Polyclonal antibody for CD46 detection. Host: Rabbit.Size: 100μg/vial. Tested applications: IHC-P. Reactive species: Human. CD46 information: Molecular Weight: 43747 MW; Subcellular Localization: Cytoplasmic vesicle, secretory vesicle, acrosome inner membrane ; Single- pass type I membrane protein . Inner acrosomal membrane of spermatozoa. Internalized upon binding of Measles virus, Herpesvirus 6 or Neisseria gonorrhoeae, which results in an increased susceptibility of infected cells to complement-mediated injury. In cancer cells or cells infected by Neisseria, shedding leads to a soluble peptide; Tissue Specificity: Expressed by all cells except erythrocytes.

- Concentration
- Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
- Storage

- Flow Cytometry analysis of H-PBMC cells using anti- CD46 antibody (PB9486). Overlay histogram showing H-PBMC cells stained with PB9486 (Blue line).The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum. And then incubated with rabbit anti- CD46 Antibody (PB9486,1μg/1x106 cells) for 30 min at 20°C. DyLight®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1127, 5-10μg/1x106 cells) was used as secondary antibody for 30 minutes at 20°C. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (1μg/1x106) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample (Red line) was also used as a control.
