- Western blot analysis of Fe65 in 5 µg /lane cells transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control or pCMV6-ENTRY APBB1 cDNA. Samples were incubated in Fe65 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-46191). Cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control or pCMV6-ENTRY APBB1 cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted.
