- Western blot analysis of XAF1 in human liver lysate. Samples were incubated in XAF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41099) followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of XAF1 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human appendix. Samples were incubated in XAF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41099) using a dilution of 1:100 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by the Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to sperm cells.
