- Western blot analysis of TEKT1 was performed by loading Lane1: NIH/3T3 cell lysate (40µg), Lane2: Lncap cell lysate (40µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a TEKT1 antibody (Product # PA5-49712) at a 1/500 dilution for 10 minutes, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
