Western Blot analysis of LAP2 using LAP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112215) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: U-251 MG whole cell lysate, Lane B: HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane C: Jurkat whole cell lysate, Lane D: K562 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 51 kDa. Observed band size: 57 kDa.

Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of LAP2 in A431 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with LAP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112215) (1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and nuclear membrane.

Immunoprecipitation of LAP2 was performed on (Lane A) 0.5 mg U-251MG whole cell lysate using 4 µL of LAP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112215) at a dilution of 1:100, and 60 µg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G. A Clean-Blot IP Detection Reagent (HRP) was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 51 kDa. Observed band size: 57 kDa.
