- Western blot was performed using Anti-CABIN1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-98337) and bands corresponding to Calcineurin-binding protein cabin-1 were observed at ~237- 246 kDa in IMR-90 and HUVEC cell lines along with uncharacterized bands (*). Nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of IMR-90 (Lane 1), HUVEC (Lane 2) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 3-8% Tris-Acetate Protein Gel (Product # EA0378BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).

- Immunohistochemical analysis of CABIN1 in paraffin embedded human cervical cancer using a CABIN1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98337) at a dilution of 1:400. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
