Description

Ulenistamab is a first-in-class humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting pancreatic adenocarcinoma up-regulated factor (PAUF), a secreted protein overexpressed in pancreatic and ovarian cancers. It binds to PAUF to block its interaction with receptors such as TLR2/4 and CXCR4, thereby inhibiting tumor growth, metastasis, and chemotherapy resistance. It is being developed for the treatment of PAUF-driven malignancies, particularly pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
