- Western blot analysis of Gmfb was performed by loading Mouse brain tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Gmfb antibody (Product # PA5-51220) at a 1/250 dilution for 30 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
