Western blot analysis of GMFB in Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane C: Raji Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a GMFB Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80664) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:17 kDa. Observed band size:17 kDa.

Western Blot using GMFB Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80664) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: Raji Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 17 kDa. Observed band size: 17 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

Experimental details

Immunofluorescence staining of GMFB in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with GMFB Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80664, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.
