(RIGHT) Dot blot analysis of anti-Phospho-MYT1 pThr495 Antibody (Cat.#AP12651PU-N) on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed.
