- Western blot analysis of AKR1C1 was performed by loading Lane1: Human liver cancer tissue lysate (27µg), Lane2: Human breast infiltrative duct tissue lysate (27µg), Lane3: Human fetal brain tissue lysate (27µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a AKR1C1 antibody (Product # PA5-49732) at a 1/500 dilution for 2 minutes, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
