- Western Blot: HEK293 lysate (10ug protein in RIPA buffer) over expressing Human UCN3 with DYKDDDDK tag stained with ARG64454 anti-Urocortin 3 antibody (1ug/ml) in Lane A overexpressing HEK293 cell lysate standed with anti- DYKDDDDK Tag (1/3000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 stained with ARG64454 anti-Urocortin 3 antibody (1mg/ml) in Lane B. Primary incubations were for 1 hour.
