- Detection of Mouse/Rat Jak2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of DA3 mouse myeloma cell line, PT18 mouse mast/basophil cell line, and L6 rat myoblast cell lines. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse/Rat Jak2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2988) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Jak2 at approximately 125 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
