- Western blot analysis showing siRNA knock-down of Ribosome binding protein 1 using 30 µg HepG2 (A), RRBP1 siRNA#1-transfected HepG2 (B) and RRBP1 siRNA#2-transfected HepG2 (C) whole cell lysates. Detection was performed using a Ribosome binding protein 1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18289) at a dilution of 1:1000 (upper panel) and a Vinculin polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 (lower panel) on 5% SDS-PAGE.
