- Chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis of MAFK in HepG2 chromatin extract using 5 µg of sample. Immunoprecipitation was performed using MAFK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-78241). Analysis of the precipitated DNA was done by PCR using primer targeting IL-8 or GAPDH.

- Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HepG2 chromatin extract treated with LPS (10 ng/mL for 1 h) and 5 µg of either normal rabbit IgG or MAFK Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78241). The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to IL-8 or GAPDH.
