- Goat Polyclonal IL-15R alpha Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Immunogen affinity purified. Detects mouse IL-15 R alpha in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-15 R alpha is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIL-2 R alpha , recombinant mouse (rm) IL-2 R beta , and rmIL-2 R gamma is observed.

- Cell Proliferation Induced by IL-15 and Neutralization by Mouse IL-15 R alpha Antibody. Recombinant Human IL-15 (Catalog # 247-IL) stimulates proliferation in the CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human IL-15 (0.8 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse IL-15 R alpha Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF551). The ND50 is typically 0.3-1.5 µg/mL.
