- Immunocytochemistry analysis of IL15RA in immersion fixed HDLM‚2 human Hodgkins lymphoma cell line. Samples were incubated in IL15RA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46991) using a dilution of 1.7 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

- Neutralization antibody testing demonstrates the specificity of an antibody through a correlation between antibody binding and the activity of the target. Neutralization of IL15RA is shown by the increase in mean CPM (count per minute- counted radioactivity- measure of cell proliferation) with increasing concentrations of IL15RA Polyclonal Antibody (PA5-46991).

- Neutralization of IL15RA in CTLL‚2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line. Samples were incubated in IL15RA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46991). Recombinant Human IL‚15 Rα Fc Chimera inhibits Recombinant Human IL‚15 induced proliferation in the CTLL‚2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of Recombinant Human IL‚15 (2 ng/mL) activity elicited by Recombinant Human IL‚15 Rα Fc Chimera (30 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IL‚15 Rα Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 1‚4 µg/mL.
