- Detection of Human Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 4C/KDM4C by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 4C/KDM4C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6430) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 4C/KDM4C at approximately 120 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.

- KDM4C in HeLa Human Cell Line. KDM4C was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Human KDM4C Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6430) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL010) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).
