- Detection of KLF12 in MG-63 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. MG-63 human osteosarcoma cell line was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human KLF12 Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC9097R, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC1051R, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
